firstly...
happy chinese new year to all...
it isn't a very happy chinese new year for my family cause of my grandpa passing away recently... but... now that we've gotten over it.. at least the family spirit is back.. also.. i did not expect any angpaos at all.. cause of some weird traditional rule.. but still.. i received some from my closest aunties and uncles.. for some other traditional rule... this year's chinese new year at my grandmother's house was limited to only my family,my father's brother's family and my father's 3 sister's family.. it was pretty lonely cause usually.. theres this big group of aunties which would crowd around and talk non- stop..
MOREOVER... some of my cousins are overseas studying/slacking (right luke?) lol joking.. but most of them were there.. i'm an UNCLE to an amazing lil thing called joshua.. aww... but... although me my brothers and 3 other cousins who could make it were pissed bored with cards after just 4 rounds of bridge... my mom allowed my eldest brother to drive home to get his... PS2 :)
so yeah.. chinese new year at my grandmother's place at usual... but with a PS2 played on this tv whose screen is smaller than a normal computer!!! how fun-den-ing eh? but really.. it WAS fun playing vid games with my cousins.. somethin i had never done before..
listening to some inspirational songs... well.. almost... mostly red hot chili peppers songs.... like UNDER THE BRIDGE.. and in particularly this song called CATS IN THE CRADLE.. go check it out guys... its a great song.. also.. a song i've beeen listening to alot is PENNY AND ME!!! nick got me addicted and theres no turning back...
also... i'm feelin' so liberated now.. thanks for all da words of encouragment guys..
oh yeah btw.. who is :) ... the name on my tagboard lol.. thanks anyways..
jammin on wednesday would be fun... but i guess since conrad is there.. i'd be playing keyboard instead of singin now... guess i betta go improvise my stuff to get ready now...
